All rental paperwork is prepared and handled by Beach Front Mann Realty including leases, applications and all other requirements by the Condominium Associations as well as lease renewals.
We send repair vendors to the property when required.
We collect all required deposits for your protection as well as any application or Condominium fees and process as required.
All rent monies are collected through Beach Front Mann Realty and disbursed to the individual owners less commission and any other expenses that may have incurred. A breakdown and copies of any bills are provided.
Extensive advertising done when property needs to be marketed for a tenant, including Local and National Advertising.
Our expertise and knowledge of the current rental market enables us to obtain the highest possible rent for your property.
We retain an updated inventory of all appliances, furniture and fixtures for each individual property as well as digital photos of each individual property.
We have an on-call locksmith should the need arise.
Additional sets of keys are kept in our secure office key cabinet for emergencies or for any visitors or guests you may be expecting. They can simply pick up the keys from our office.
