About Attorney Michael Renneisen

As the founding member of Lehigh Immigration, Michael Renneisen’s practice focuses on immigration related matters. He has extensive experience bringing families together and keeping families together by utilizing his knowledge of federal immigration law and the experience he gained as a trial attorney during his years practicing in Louisiana.  Mr. Renneisen also has experience working assisting companies with labor certifications and employment based visas.

Attorney Michael RenneisenMr. Renneisen earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law where he competed on Tulane’s moot court team, coached the moot court team and served as the Chairman of the Tulane Mardi Gras Appellate Competition. Following law school, Mr. Renneisen was awarded a clerkship at the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  At the conclusion of his clerkship, Mr. Renneisen entered private practice focusing  on  business litigation.

Mr. Renneisen sits on the board of The Literacy Center, the Lehigh Valley’s premier non-profit adult literacy center.  He has partnered with Casa Guadalupe and Cohen Feeley Altemose & Rambo in establishing a weekly legal clinic for residents of the Lehigh Valley.  Finally, Mr. Renneisen proudly serves the people of the Bethlehem by operating a legal clinic at the Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley.

About Molly R. Marte

Associate Attorney Molly R. Marte joins Lehigh Immigration with a diverse background of experience. She has experience in family immigration matters as well as sports law immigration.

Molly R. MarteAttorney Marte earned her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law with an intellectual property law specialization. While at Villanova Law, she served as Secretary for the Villanova Law Sports Law Association. Attorney Marte gained invaluable experience prior to and during her time at Villanova Law, interning for Samsung Telecommunications America and Western Digital Communications where she focused on business law and intellectual property. She also gained litigation experience while an intern at Yost & Tretta, LLC. Following Law School, Attorney Marte served as a clerk for Rainmaker Sports & Entertainment Group, serving athletes’ and sports and entertainment geared corporations’ needs.

Attorney Marte volunteers with Gift of Life organization and spends time volunteering with underprivileged communities in the Dominican Republic. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, The Northampton County Bar Association, and The Pennsylvania Bar Association.
